My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Karl when we were looking for a house to rent.  We were expecting the normal “run of the mill” agent who was just trying to place us in a home just to make a commission.  We were completely blown away with his personable and honest assessment of what  we were looking for.  Karl did a fantastic job of getting us the right place, right price and understanding what “We” wanted.  His vast knowledge and understanding of the market and inventory allowed us to find a place very quickly and get the deal done.  Karl was fantastic to work with and constantly kept in contact with us through the whole process.  We cannot say enough about Karl but rest assured that in the future should we need an agent he is the person we will work with.  Karl is a good and honest man that looks out for your best interest and knows how to get the job done.
