Karl is in one word GREAT!!! I needed to lease my house and had enlisted the help of another real estate agent. 3 months later, still no tenant. In comes Karl and within a month i had a tenant. Not just any tenant a great tenant. For 2 years rent was always on time and they took great care of my home. All i can say is thank you, thank you, thank you.
